August 1, 2010, at 9:30 a.m. – Youth Meeting in Youth House
Mission Trip
We had 8 youth go to Lutherhill for our Mission Project this year. We
mulched some of the trails that were washed away from recent rains
they had around La Grange. We also had had a great time in the the
water while there. We had 7 youth and 3 sponsors to go to a Texas
Rangers Baseball game and Six Flags Over Texas. We had a great
time during our trip to the Metroplex. The weather cooperated with no
rain and turned out to be a super couple of days. Special thanks go to
Lonnie Swonke for taking us to Lutherhill, Richard Ralph for Picking
us up at Lutherhill, and Troy Bennett & Lonnie Swonke for serving as
sponsors for our trip to the Metroplex.
Thank you to Cindi Ellis and Richard Ralph for hosting us to a cookout
and swim party. We had a great time and really appreciate your
hospitality. Thanks again.
