PRIME TIMERS NEWS
At the February meeting Jane Stauffer and Liz Haisler presented a program on the S.P.J.S.T. Assisted
Living Facility in Taylor. There was a silent auction fundraiser for Relay for Life. The group folded
luminaria bags used by Relay for Life. Approximately 2,000 bags are needed. A huge dent was made
in the number. Thanks so much to all who helped and prepared for the success of this work day. There
were some tired, old fingers – all for a good cause. Also, thanks to Della and Susan for the afghans to
go to our wounded soldiers.
Next Meeting is on March 16th at 9:30a.m. There will be a Bible Study, Roll Call: “What it means to
be in church”. Book of the month is John. We will tour Grace Lutheran Church and eat lunch at 3H.
Helpers are Linda, Margie and Rennie. Hope to see you then.
